4th District Convention

The 4th Congressional District Convention will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at 10 AM (check-in begins 9:30 AM).

PURPOSE OF CONVENTION:

Republicans from the counties of DURHAM, ORANGE, CHATHAM and WAKE converge together to conduct district business that includes:

• Electing CD4 Officers including Chairman, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, and At-Large Members (in odd years)
• Amending and endorsing the District's Plan of Organization
• Presenting & voting on Resolutions submitted by the participating counties

COST FOR ATTENDANCE:

$10.00

NOTE: You have to be a delegate to your county convention to be a voting delegate at the district or state convention.

We do need volunteers to sign up to be on the Rules, Resolutions, Credentials, Platform, and Plan of Organization Committees. We will also be voting for 3 delegates to the RNC Convention. If anyone is interested in helping on a committee or being nominated as a delegate at the RNC convention, please email the District 4 chair, Courtney Geels, at [email protected].
