4th District Convention
The 4th Congressional District Convention will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at 9:45 AM (doors open at 9:00 AM).

PURPOSE OF CONVENTION:
Republicans from the counties of DURHAM, ORANGE, and parts of CHATHAM and WAKE converge together to conduct district business that includes:
- Electing CD4 Officers including Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, and At-Large Members (in odd years)
- Amending and endorsing the District's Plan of Organization, if needed
- Presenting & voting on Resolutions submitted by the participating counties
COST FOR ATTENDANCE:
$15.00
Click HERE to register. Deadline to register is midnight on Tuesday, April 7, 2026. Sorry, no walk-ins allowed.
NOTE: You have to be voted in as a delegate at your county convention to be a voting delegate at the district or state convention. We therefore recommend that you wait until after the Orange County Convention on March 21 concludes to register for the 4th District Convention. Guests are invited to register and attend the District Convention as well, but will be non-voting.
Volunteers are needed to serve on the Credentials, Rules, Plan of Organization, and Resolutions Committees for the District Convention. If anyone is interested in helping on a committee, please email the District 4 Chair, Courtney Geels, at [email protected].
