Executive Committee Meeting

Join us for our first Executive Committee meeting of the new cycle.  All Executive Committee members are strongly encouraged to attend so we can meet quorum!

WHAT:   OCGOP Executive Committee Meeting
WHEN:   Thursday, April 6, 6:00pm
WHERE: OCGOP Headquarters, 125 Boone Square St, Hillsborough

Anyone with items for discussion they would like to add to the agenda should submit them to Sabrina Hanson, OCGOP secretary, at [email protected] by this Friday, March 31.

Who is on the Executive Committee?  The OCGOP Plan of Organization lays out the structure of our organization and other administrative details related to day-to-day operations.

Specifically, the Executive Committee is comprised of:

• OCGOP officers: Chair, 1st Vice Chair, 2nd Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer
• OCGOP past chairs
• All current precinct chairs
• At-large members elected at Convention:
  • Legal Counsel, Directors of Events, Outreach, Voter Registration, Veterans/Hispanic Outreach, and UNC Liaison
