Monday, January 20, 2020 is a day that we honor the life, dream and legacy of Civil Rights Leader, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Dr King’s “I have a dream” speech is as relevant today as it was the day he spoke at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, August 28, 1963.
Dr. King received the Nobel Peace Prize in 1964. In 1968 Dr King was assassinated in the prime of his life but his message to promote equal rights for all Americans regardless of their background rings true today.
