Get Out The Vote!

Join us to knock doors, connect with voters, and turn out support for Republican candidates up and down the ballot in Orange County! 

There are two options to choose from: 

1. Door knocking - Research shows talking one-on-one with voters makes them far more likely to vote! Getting those unlikely Republicans out to vote can help make the difference in tight statewide races. We will pair up in teams, so no one has to door knock alone.
2. Phone banking - One-on-one conversations by phone are still very effective in connecting with voters. This is vital in those rural parts of the county where door knocking is impractical. We will provide training for those who are willing to make calls, and then you can phone bank at the office with other volunteers or from home at your own convenience.

Whether you’re an experienced volunteer or this is your first time canvassing, we’ll provide you with everything you need before heading out or making calls.

We will meet at OCGOP Headquarters at 1:00pm, where Anson Chen, RNC Regional Field Director, will brief us and get everyone ready. We will get you set up on the mobile canvassing app and show you how to get started.

Door knockers will then head out together in teams, while those wishing to phone bank can stay behind and make calls from the office with fellow volunteers.

Even if you can only join us for an hour or two, please do so! Every hour of volunteer time is valuable in reaching potential voters.

Please RSVP if possible if you plan to attend so that we will have an accurate headcount. But if you decide to join us at the last minute, just come on down!
