Do Black Lives Matter?

Do Black lives matter? Of course they do. But all lives matter, and it is not racist to say this. Unfortunately, many people support the Black Lives Matter movement without realizing who is behind it and what they stand for. The organizers proudly declare themselves trained Marxists, and one of their goals is the upending of American society.

A 2017 report from Black Lives Matters describes its founders- Alicia Garza, Patrice Khan-Cullers and Opal Tometi- as three radical Black organizers. In addition, until recently, Susan Rosenberg was listed as vice chair of the board of directors for Thousand Currents, BLM’s financial sponsor. Susan Rosenberg was a member of the radical leftist organization known as May19th Communist Organization which had ties with the Weather Underground terrorist group. Rosenberg was convicted on weapons and explosives charges and sentenced to 58 years in prison. She was pardoned by Bill Clinton in 2001.

Alicia Garza has talked about how convicted cop killer and wanted domestic terrorist Joanne Chesimard (aka Assata Shakur- believed to be hiding out in Cuba) is one of her main inspirations.

Patrice Cullers, in her memoir, cites Angela Davis as one of her mentors. Recall that Angela Davis was the Communist Party vice presidential nominee in 1980 and 1984. She was affiliated with the Black Panther Party and weapons registered to her were used in a courtroom takeover in 1970 in which 4 people were killed.

Black Lives Matter is opposed to President Trump and the Republicans and says that they look forward to influencing the November elections. They raise money through the Act Blue donation platform.

It is clear that BLM has succeeded in co-opting an otherwise laudable effort to seek racial justice and is using it as a cover to achieve their goal of the destruction of American society as we know it.
