Executive Committee Meeting

Join us for our next quarterly Executive Committee meeting.  All Executive Committee members are strongly encouraged to attend so we can meet quorum!

WHAT:   OCGOP Executive Committee Meeting
WHEN:   Thursday, December 10, 6:30 PM (Doors open at 6:00 PM) 
WHERE: OCGOP Headquarters, 125 Boone Square St, Hillsborough

Doors open at 6:00 PM. We will have pizza and soft drinks available; the meeting will begin PROMPTLY at 6:30 PM. 

With the election behind us, we will start planning for the next calendar year and discuss some budget items.

Anyone with items for discussion they would like to add to the agenda should submit them to the OCGOP Secretary at [email protected] by Thursday, December 3. The final agenda will be distributed to participants shortly before the meeting.

Who is on the Executive Committee?  The OCGOP Plan of Organization lays out the structure of our organization and other administrative details related to day-to-day operations.

Specifically, the Executive Committee is comprised of the following voting members:

• OCGOP officers: Chair, 1st Vice Chair, 2nd Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer
• OCGOP past chairs
• All current precinct chairs

In the event a precinct chair is unable to attend, another precinct officer may attend and vote as that precinct's proxy.
